TELEPHONE OPERATOR - CHINESE SPEAKING
Qualifications:
- Male or Female, 22-26 years old
- Graduate of any business course, or A.B. Communication
- Well-modulated voice, with good customer service skills
- Good communication skills, both English & Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Application and with knowledge in Fidelio system an advantage
- Can work under pressure with minimum supervision, must be patient
- With experience on related field an advantage
- Willing to work during holidays/weekends & shifting schedule
